Amendment No. 2 was offered by Representative Eastman: Page 2, line 20: Delete "the state" Insert "Alaska" Representative Eastman moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 2 be adopted. There being no objection, Amendment No. 2 was adopted. Amendment No. 3 was offered by Representative Eastman: Page 2, Line 24: Insert "WHEREAS Alaska is the only state located in the Arctic; and" Representative Eastman moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 3 be adopted. There being no objection, Amendment No. 3 was adopted. Amendment No. 4 was offered by Representative McCabe: Page 2, line 21: Delete "shortage" Insert "storage" 2021-05-19 House Journal Page 1218 Representative McCabe moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 4 be adopted. There being no objection, Amendment No. 4 was adopted. The question being: "Shall HR 9 am pass the House?"
